Performed a tuneup on AC system. Inspected indoor outdoor coils, cleaned and flushed drain line, replaced air filter, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Upon arrival drain line was backed up and float switch was not triggering unit off. Also system only has one return grill, which is being blocked by the water heater, recommended replacing float switch, installing an in-line drain cleaner, and installing 2 return air grills. Client declined recommendations at this time. Cycled and tested system, all operations OK.
Replacing all supply ductwork in attic. Building a small trunk line that feeds through concrete wall in garage into kitchen to feed supplies on that side of the house, need to run 2- 10 inch trunk lines to a large distribution box to feed the supply runs on the other side of the house. All connections to be sealed and dampers put in on every supply.
Client getting very little airflow in three supply vents. Did inspection of all ductwork and found some kinked flex runs and some air leakage in attic. Advised client to replace entire duct system. Sent client over options and he will look over that over the weekend and get back to us on Monday.
Task Includes -Pumping (2) systems down -Removal (2) vertical air handlers -Installation of (2) 4” media filter rack with filters -Re-installing (2) Vertical air handlers, resealing plenums, Repiping drain lines, low and high voltage. -Pressure testing system -Triple evacuation -Testing and adjustment of Freon if needed James returned and removed both air handlers Installed Merv 13 filter rack systems Resealed and pulled triple evac on both systems Finished install (blown in insulation ) All working as designed collected for today’s work but need to call back in and collect for insulation not on my ticket today and could not collect
Air leak sealed with duct tape and metal tape. Did not have mastic on truck.
Sent client estimates for installation of media filter racks
Arrived to find thermostat set to 75 and was satisfied at 75. Turned system in and let run for approximately 40 mins and set my meter besides the T stat. Quickly determine the eco bee stat was 3 degrees off in temp and almost 10% off in humidity readings. Recalibrated thermostat to read correct temps and humidity. Drain line had some back up cleared and flushed with water and assured proper flow. Made client aware and system is back to normal
Came out because customer wanted us to disconnect his dehumidistat from the thermostat upon arrival found dehumidistat being jumped by the red wire at the thermostat, took away the jump and got the machine running without the humidistat machine is cooling correctly before leaving
Changed setting on humidistat
Arrived to find t stat barley on wall plate and not making good 24v connection. Called Mr ford made him aware. Resecured T stat on wall plate and assured proper functions system is now producing cold air

Kitchen unit not working. Found bad float switch. Replaced float switch, start and tested system. All operations OK at this time.
Rinsed coils down from dust and debris from carpenters. Replaced 20 x 20 x 1 air filter on the larger unit with a Merv 13. Did not have the right size filter for the smaller unit. Need to return with a 16 x 20 x1 filter. Also need to order a 20 x 25 stamp face grill for return in kitchen.
